When life gets out of balance ...

You may be going through an identity crisis, experiencing change, struggling with anxiety or conflict, or under a lot of stress. We all face such challenges in life. We often manage to withstand or avoid them for a long time - until the pressure becomes too great. Sometimes it is current events that throw us off balance. Sometimes it's old, painful experiences from childhood or adolescence that suddenly resurface.

 

Together we explore what is behind your current challenge. We will look at what inner patterns and imprints are holding you back from courageously breaking new ground - and which of your strengths can help you to overcome these obstacles.

 

My hope is that you will learn to understand yourself better - and find new paths that really fit you and your life.
